Handling & storage Trolley (see picture 1 and 2 below)

The trolleys or mobile carriages are designed to stock and protect the flood protection elements. It is an easy way to bring the material at the installation place. The flood set is safely stored and, in case of numerous trolley, it can be stacked so it  reduces the storage volume.

All our trolleys are made on-measure to contain an average of 20 sq. meters of the flood protection, and can carry a weight up to about 600 kg. It is designed to be pushed and handled by one or two persons thanks to our oversized directional rollers including brake assistance.

Advantages :

To protect the flood barrier pieces and especially the seals against incorrect handling during the transport and storage. Every part is kept in special lodge to avoid friction and abnormal weir. Logs have to be preserved from deformity, and seals should be maintained under cover ( closed store room) to be protected  from UV (dryness action) if not,  the leak rate would be worsened.

Every part is holding a metallic tag that shows the location and the serial number. The labelling enables a rapid identification of the assembly order of different parts which can be very numerous in the case of a large scale barrier protection.

The detailed shop and installation drawings with a schedule of material are provided by our design & research department, which is using our 3D CAD system.
