A familly owned company
All started in 1970 when Mr Marcel Bergdoll, the founder of MSU Company, foresaw an expansion of all works related to Water from the waste water treatment to the environmental issues.
Indeed, at this time, the nivel of pollution of west-European Rivers and coastal areas, especially the French Riviera, was so dramatic that, on a political issue, some actions were needed to be taken to calm people’s concerns.
Mr Bergdoll the founder of MSU built up the company on 4 fundamentals:
- To guarantee long term corrosion free equipment.
- To propose on-measure high quality equipment.
- Ready-for installation products.
- To be a safety adviser and a long-term after-sale support provider.

Our real-estate surface: 15.000 m2
Building: workshop 4.500 m2 and offices: 300 m2
Staff: employees divided into sales-administrative and finance, design department and production.
Equipment:
- 3 cranes with 2 loading and delivery quays
- TIG/MIG welding, cutting, drilling, bending machines
- Test benches
Nowadays, the second family generation is in charge of it, and we are proud to claim that we remain a leading company throughout Europe and overseas. Based on our long and strong expertise gained in Design & Build, opportunities are opening up for us in new markets on the international scene.
