Prezentul standard \u00eemparte aceste dispozitive \u00een 5 clase diferite, pe baza unui calcul al ratei maxime de scurgere admise \u00abpe litru pe secund\u0103 \u0219i pe metru liniar de garnitur\u0103 de etan\u0219are\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Raportat la cele 5 categorii de produse, debitul maxim acceptat este:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>batardou 1,0 litri<\/li>\n<li>clapet anti-retur \u0219i poart\u0103 de deversare 0,3 litri<\/li>\n<li>st\u0103vilar 0,1 litri<\/li>\n<li>van\u0103 mural\u0103 0,05 litri<\/li>\n<li>model special realizat la cerere 0,02 litri<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dup\u0103 un efort extensiv investit \u00een dezvoltare \u0219i cercetare \u0219i av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere faptul c\u0103 solu\u021biile de ap\u0103rare \u00eempotriva inunda\u021biilor trebuie s\u0103 fie c\u00e2t mai rezistente, am reu\u0219it s\u0103 minimiz\u0103m rata de scurgere sub 300 litri\/or\u0103\/m2 de protec\u021bie, care este echivalentul unei etan\u0219eit\u0103\u021bi de 10 ori mai mare dec\u00e2t clasa 5 a standardului DIN (vezi testul APAVE).<\/p>\n<p>Etan\u0219eitatea produselor noastre anti-inunda\u021bii reprezint\u0103 rezultatul unui proces de fabrica\u021bie dificil cu toletan\u021b\u0103 minim\u0103 admis\u0103 de +\/-1 mm \u0219i proiectare special\u0103 a dispozitivelor de etan\u0219are corespunz\u0103toare profilelor optimizate, fiind legat\u0103 \u00een mod direct de c\u00e2t de drept este profilului.<\/p>\n<p>1. Geometria diferitelor garnituri a fost considerat\u0103 \u00een mod special ca parte important\u0103 a unui ansamblu de toleran\u021b\u0103 impus de noi cu scopul de a reduce la maximum riscul scurgerii.<\/p>\n<p>2. Calitatea materialului EPDM \u0219i procesul de filare \u00een fabrica\u021bie conduc la p\u0103strarea calit\u0103\u021bii garniturilor de etan\u0219are \u00eempotriva:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>frec\u0103rii imprevizibile \u0219i repetitive<\/li>\n<li>ruperii accidentale (coliziunii \u00een timpul manipul\u0103rii etc.)<\/li>\n<li>coroziunii la contactul cu inunda\u021biile sau alte ape (canalizare etc.)<\/li>\n<li>rezisten\u021bei mecanice<\/li>\n<li>deterior\u0103rii prin alterarea propriet\u0103\u021bilor mecanice datorit\u0103 expunerii la razele UV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Rezisten\u021ba mecanic\u0103<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Toate echipamentele noastre sunt proiectate \u0219i fabricate \u00een conformitate cu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ISO EN 1090, AL76 \/ EUROCODE;<\/li>\n<li>Metoda de calcul \u0219i prelucrarea aluminiului respect\u0103 documentele tehnice aprobate (standardele generale despre construc\u021biile metalice) \u0219i reglement\u0103rile suplimentare pentru lucr\u0103rile din aluminiu sub standardul AL76.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Etan\u0219eitate optim\u0103 la ap\u0103 garantat\u0103 de diverse teste, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Testul 1. Realizat \u00een fabric\u0103, la bancul nostru de probe cu rezervor de ap\u0103 \u0219i confirmat de un inspector abilitat (APAVE).<\/p>\n<p>Testul 2. S-a transportat pe \u0219antier, \u00een fa\u021ba autorit\u0103\u021bilor publice, un bazin de colectare cu dimensiunile 4x1x1 m, unde a fost instalat\u0103 protec\u021bia \u00abbaraj cu st\u00e2lpi intermediari de sprijin\u00bb. Informa\u021biile despre scurgeri au fost furnizate de c\u0103tre clientul nostru, precum \u0219i de departamentul de inginerie condus de antreprenorul general.<\/p>\n<p>Testul 3.
